How to Register
For Individual Registration
Please complete the online registration process
(HERE).
Payment of registration fees can only be made via credit card, debit card, or online banking. Full payment must be made at the end of the registration process.
A proprietary payment gateway Curlec by razorpay, is used for all the registration fee transactions.
Registration fees must be paid in MYR.
An average currency conversion rate of 1 USD = 4.80 MYR is used.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail at aocmp2024@gmail.com about the cancellation of the registration. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Congress.
The following cancellation conditions apply:
Cancellations received Refund
Before 31 May 2024 Full refund of the registration fee. With a 5 % handling fee will be applicable.
1 Jun 2024 – 30 Jun 2024 50% of the registration fee
From 1 Jul 2024 No refund
Name change
If you are prevented from attending, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague to your place. Name changes should be notified in writing to the Congress Secretariat at aocmp2024@gmail.com.
A handling fee of USD 20 (RM 80) will be charged for each name change. No name change will be possible after 1 Aug 2024.
